Is there a no-code way to building social shopping app?

The main feature is the group buying function where users can select an item and either participate in group buying to unlock reduced prices or buy directly at the normal price. If the group buying option is selected then users will be prompted to share links to the item they are buying with friends and family or over social media. Alternatively, they can wait for other users to fill in within 24 hours and if the quota is not met then the order will be canceled automatically. The second feature is the personal recommendation. I don't think there are existing no-code tools for this. Highly appreciate it if anyone knows how to get around this.
