Is there a platform that simplifies integration with Slack, MS Teams, and other platforms?

My product needs to maintain an up to date list of current employees in a company with their email addresses. Knowing their name and birthdays is a bonus.

So when a company’s admin uses my product, and has to manually enter everyone’s email, and add or delete emails manually depending on who joins or leaves the company, I’d like to let them automate all this by keeping the employee list synced with any of the products they might already be using (Slack, MS Teams, Gmail? some HR Software?)

I understand I can build integrations one by one with each of the above products. This is very time consuming and hard to maintain. Is there a platform out there that offers integration with multiple products through a single integration?
