Is there a product to add a live chat to my website?

I'm looking for some way to have a universal comments section on my website.
Intercom is live chat for Customer Success teams. That seems different from a comments section. Which one are you looking for?
Some sort of comment button on the bottom right of the screen which then pressed on shows a kind of youtube like live comments for the entire website.
