Is there a psychologist around?

I'm thinking about a new idea but I'd need some answers if there a psychologist around to provide some.

Question 1: how do you assess if someone is experiencing a burnout?
Question 2: can we do this digitally with some kind of form/questionnaire?

My idea is that we should track this even if anonymously. So we can act on it if needed. Burnout is something real that as been growing since the WFH trend started by the corona virus.

I am not a psychologist, but I have dealt with many mental problems in the last year. I can say that it was really hard for me to ass them. I felt no support and empathy from my closest people that were supposed to help me pass through the loss, so I searched for help from my friends. They couldn't help me either, and that is why I received support from counseling for grief specialist from https://www.counsellinginmelbourne.com.au/is-counselling-the-best-option-to-deal-with-grief-and-loss/ that helped me pass through this. I am happy they solved my problem before I had a depression attack. My mother suffered from anxiety, so I didn't want to feel the same thing.
