Is there a service that saves all retweets/likes to your tweets?

I spent my Friday night lurking wikipedia (again) and came across a list of most-retweeted tweets. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_most-retweeted_tweets.

@yousuck2020 dominated with 4.3 million. I thought 'who tf would retweet his stuff'? Went on twitter and scrolled through the likes and retweets. Turns out I can only see 100 or so.

I asked myself, is it possible to see the WHOLE list? Went on google (note this is around 4am) and searched for a service. People on quora asking the same thing. Turns out there's a limit of 1000-3200...

I spent more hours researching how this can be done (6am no sleep). Turns out it's possible. But before building it out, I was wondering if anyone is interested in having a service like this? Does it exist? I figured it'll be valuable for marketers/influencers.
