Is there a tool that does this?

I have been playing with this a little bit there is definitely a way, not sure of a tool but I know you can string together a few services to do so.

You can use zapier or make to comb through the google sheet, chat gpt to identify specific key words and then write a specific mail responses based on those and then have it auto send out the emails that fall into a specific category that you predefine in make or zapier. Hope this helps

Honestly sounds like a good idea, even if there are competitors (which idk if there are). Wouldn't hurt to release it if you already have most of it built. To get personal emails written you need a LLM. To orchestrate this you need Lang chain

I could possibly build you an API that does this and offer it as a service. How many personalised emailes do you need per month roughly and how much would you be willing to pay for it?

We built a App Script automation based on Google excel. The idea is

1. We have a list of columns in a sheet
2. We write a template email and then use App Script to construct the email by replacing the template using column values.
3. The App script sends out the email.
