Is there a way to launch my app on PH again?

I launched my app on Product Hunt without planning to invite friends or hunters. As a result, the launch day ended with just 2 upvotes and no users. However my app is listed in best of comic apps list now. (Even now it is there)

Does anyone know what does this list mean? Does it help to get more upvotes?

Can we cancel the launch and plan a proper launch once again?
