Is there an online community for Intercom or Zendesk power users?

Do you know of an online community for Intercom power users? Or for Zendesk power users?

I am looking for a place where people discuss:

• Which apps / integrations they use
• How they configure those integrations
• What processes they use to create efficient workflows

Also, a second question: are you aware of any communities for Intercom app developers to talk about technical concepts, such as:

• Best practices for integrating with Intercom's API
• Strategies for securing data.
