Is there any app advertising service for budget around $10 - $50?

I'm planning to use some advertising service for promoting an iOS app. The targeted user are mostly tech/developer/designer.

I tried Facebook, but seems no good.

And I took a look at some social media or platform like ProductHunt, Carbonads, Reddit. Most or them are around $1,000 - $2,000. Over budget.

So it there any advertising services good for app bootstrap? $10 - $50 is the best try.

Have you tried using Apple's Search Ads (https://searchads.apple.com/)? Most users find & download apps via Search, these ads can be highly effective but expensive depending on the app category. If you haven't signed up to use Apple's Search Ads, you may still be eligible for the $100 first time credit they offer which can help you to try it out & tweak things early on.

Well, it's really nice to try! Thanks!

For app promotion "pay for download" model might be right for you. Basically you would buy a number of downloads from a specific geographic region and some companies in this space offer user targeting so you could say you want mostly tech/developer/designer type users.

For example you say you are ready to pay 10 cents per download so for 10$ you would get 100 real users downloading your app.

Of course there is nothing preventing users from immediately deleting your app as soon as they download/install it. But If you select some trigger event that user must complete in your app in order to collect the money like schedule an event if you have time tracking app or some other deeper engagement event it might entice them to keep using it.

I had great success with games where I required users to play until reaching second level usually 4-5 minutes of game time required but If users liked it they would keep playing it. Best retention I got was ~80% but for non game app it was more around ~20% but being how little I was paying it worked out for me.

Are those paid user real? Or just robot? It may hard to detect for that. I saw this model for game, but didn't see on tools / utilities app.

I'm doubt for that. Is it dangerous if Apple disallowed?

Apple doesn't prohibit this, there are a number of apps in App Store which offer their users opportunity to earn money by downloading and trying apps.
random link with a list https://selfmadesuccess.com/apps-make-money-iphone-ios/

What is prohibited is to require users to leave reviews or in any other way try to falsely increase your apps rating.

There is a entire industry built on the fact they want to prevent fraud (which is not coming from bots but from phone farms in China/India/Pakistan etc) in this sector, and in the beginning I was skeptical about it as well but once I saw users sticking around that was all the proof I needed. And also you can setup your own tracking link.

I used this company https://www.ayetstudios.com/ they used to offer $5 free advertising credit for new advertisers but I don't see it on their site now. Lowest bid per download with them is 5 cents but I noticed I got much better results if I set 10+ cents and target only western tear 1 countries .

I love this service. You can easily target specific platforms, set advertising limits, and the "AI" learns from users who actually click your ad to improve your audience targeting. I used it with a $100 budget and earned new users at a rate of $0.30/user. If we had ran our campaign for longer, I think that rate would have improved.

Google, facebook etc will all work for this budget.

Depending on niche/audience you may get 1 visit for $0.05 or 1 visit for $20
Your goal is to clearly validate and define the audience before spending, then make sure landing page is optimised for conversions when you start the ads.

$10 isn't going to get you far, but should get at least a few active users if targeted right.

I tried Google and Facebook. Although they can target the audience type, the result is not really ideal for me.

And I also talked to the Google Ad promotion team they contacted in person, they also told me the average price for getting user is too much expensive for those small, bootstrap apps. So they mostly like to sell that for big, funded companies.
