Is there any No-Code app builder out there ?

I'm creating a simple app which allow user to monitor its SSL endpoints to check if certificates will expire or not.
I'm looking for an app builder which would allow me to easily build the user and admin backend without coding.
Why ? Because even if I'm able to code an entire app with Django for example, I think it's overkill for what I want to do.
So do you know any tools like that ?
The only thing I must be able to do when the app is done is listing with an API or something simple my customers endpoints list to send it to my Lambda function. So a tool with an api would be appreciated.

Thanks but Thunkable is mobile apps centric. I'm looking for something for a "web app". :)
