Is there Any Solid Data on "Core Web Vitals" and Search Engine Ranking?

I've seen plenty of claims that improving your site's speed and "Core Web Vitals" improves your search engine ranking. However, I haven't found any solid data on how much of a difference it makes.

From memory Google says that it's a minor ranking factor, and that content quality matters more. It's all a bit vague, though.

Has anyone got or found solid data on how improving a site's speed bumped it up the search rankings (and by how much)?
