Is there any tool for advanced search of the WordPress plugin directory?
So let's say, I want to have a list of those plugins which are not supported by the latest WordPress version but with more than 1000 downloads in past. Can I get such data from anywhere?

You have a couple of options to get plugin data. There is a public API for fetching data about plugins at https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-json/plugins/v1. You can fetch all of the plugins from https://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/
