Is there any tool/ service which enables me to develop a multi-languages text & video FAQ site?

HTML/ CSS is not my expertise.

That's why I am using https://sites.google.com to develop text & video FAQ site.

It is extremely valuable when it comes to customer support via email.

I can always reply user email, by pointing them to the correct FAQ topic.

This strategy works well, till we have different users who read different languages.

Extremely easy to maintain, but super effective when comes to customer support.

We tend to have the same FAQ page, but in different languages.

Initially, we launch different FAQ site, and grant hired translators access to different FAQ site to perform translation.

But, outcome isn't impressive as

• Translators always miss out certain information, as the FAQ list is long. We like to something which looks like https://www.oneskyapp.com (Instead of app string translation, we want it to be FAQ page translation)
• Page formatting. Translators will mess up with the page formatting sometimes.
• Keeping page up-to-date. When we change something in English version FAQ, it is hard to keep rest of the FAQ pages up-to-date.

I was wondering, is there any tool/ service in the market, which enables me to develop a multi-languages text & video FAQ site?
