Is there room in the market?

I'm a seasoned developer and long time lurker looking to start my own product.

I'd like to start with something simple, like a customer feedback tool for saas apps - is there still a gap in the market for something like this or have tools like uservoice, productboard and canny got it covered?

My previous employer had customer feedback lying around in inboxes, spreadsheets and trello - they never had it in one place to have a consistent view.
