Is this a viable idea?
Hello all, Loving the community here, I've been hanging around for a while now. An idea came to mind and I wanted to check with the community to see if its a valid idea.
The idea is software automation as a service. Basically a company signs up and chooses e2e flows they'd like to have automated. We'd automate those for certain fees and email/slack results(or only failures) daily.
My question for you guys is what do you think about this?

This seems like consulting. The cool thing about consulting is that it’s a lot easier to get customers than a SaaS. Obviously the downside is that you have high labor costs.
very true, pricing would be around $100 a month. Which would be a fraction of a fraction of consulting cost to the businesses that we want to market to.
The idea has been validated by https://www.uipath.com. I hear from one source that this is big business apparently and growing fast.

I've had similar thoughts before. But isn't this the same as freelancing/consulting? I always get stuck on what the distinction would be.
Right, so I believe the difference will be in the pricing and the possible ease of this, there will be selections of possible flows then if anything extra is required we have a consulting then.
So like, https://ifttt.com/, but with a human available behind the scenes? That's potentially interesting.
