Is this idea taken? A platform for collaborative book writing
I'm Han and I like to read books. I wonder if there's a platform for writers to write books in a collaborative way like GitHub. I even realized that some tech writers use GitHub for writing.
Please help me validate this idea. Is it a good one and is anyone also interested in the idea?

You will have to think about intellectual property theft and copyright issues. If done with good intent can work but unless there is a contract binding the two, nothing stops from viewers or collaborators to take the inspiration and apply elsewhere. Its relatively more common in creative fields.
