Is this idea worth creating (web app/site)?

Hi everybody!

So I have an idea for a website where people could post their Idea (web, app or anything), and others could "Join" or contact the owner.
The post owner could list who they "need" (e.g marketinger, developer etc).

It would be good for freelancers/entrepreneurs without ideas to go here, look for projects and then join if they are interested.

Should I build an MVP around this, or what do you think?
Thanks in advance, and please be honest.

Have a GREAT day! :)

Have you tried websites listed here
https://thepitcher.org/6-websites-to-find-a-co-founder-for-your-startup/ ? (I'm not affiliated with this website, it's just what Google shown me.) How - do you think - will your website be different from them?

      Good point!
To be honest, I didn't know about these websites, but I was sure that there are several.
I'm not yet sure how will I compete, maybe the user experience needs to stand out.

Sounds like an add-on feature to IH but I could also see how this could live on its own.

I would certainly visit, no doubt about it. Any ideas on monetization?

Thanks! Will post it if it's ready (I actually have a website similar to this, but since it is not getting any users, I was wondering to "re-make" it to this).
I didn't think about monetization, it would be good for maybe building an email list.

Definitely seems like an idea worth pursuing!

It's a good idea for sure, loads of use cases. Just got to pick one to start with.

Have you read this book? Can you tell me about it?

You should not ask others like this when you want to verify your idea!
Search for a summary of the book for free.

but... why? I mean, it's a good community with a lot of experienced people, why not check what others think about it? I just don't get your point.

it has bios. when you ask like this, they all say "hey yeah, we like it, go do it". but really they use it?

Don't know yet, but it can be good to build a small email list.
Maybe later I will think about some premium features that users can buy.

      Yes, you are right.
Apart from monitoring the ideas (so that only valid and good ideas are posted), I will have to make sure that the ideas are not "expired" or old.

Not really, it would be mainly focused on side-projects/startup ideas, before actually creating it.
There you could brainstorm and recruite PARTNERS, not employees.
