I’ve been helping friends and family make sense of their medical bills for years.
Most people don’t realize this, but up to 60% of medical bills contain errors, and almost no one catches them.
So I built a small tool to solve that pain:
👉 DecodeMyForm AI
It reads a real medical bill/EOB and explains it in simple, human language — what happened, what insurance actually paid, and what the patient owes.
I launched a public demo this week and I’m trying to understand if this solves a large enough problem to grow into something meaningful.
What I’m trying to validate:
Do people really want a tool to decode their medical bills?
Is this a “once-a-year” problem or a “frequent enough” problem?
Would people trust AI with their healthcare documents if nothing is stored?
Would you pay for unlimited explanations ($99 lifetime)?
What would make you abandon the upload flow immediately?

Looking for honest feedback:
Is this worth pushing further?
Or is it too niche?

Happy to share what I learned building it.
