Hello,
About one month ago I released logre.io and I got 32 users, but in the last week I didn't get any new users and the traffic is not good as before. Should I spend money on ADS?
I've been thinking on put some dollars in Twitter ADS to test and see if it generates good traffic and sign ups. What do you think folks?
Suggestions about how much should I pay or if I should not do that at all?
Thank you!
@Quaresma my 2cents on this topic (since we're working on this field):
Twitter is NOT the best platform in terms of ROI, what I've seen so far that works on Twitter are to promote tweets that already have some engagement (to boost them).
For any kind of advertising strategy you should start with a small budget (50-100$ / week) and analyze your ROAS (Return on Advertising Spending), from there you can always add more budget or move to another acquisition channel.
There is mainly 3 Ads strategy that yields some interesting results:

Amazing reply, thanks. I've been thinking on Twitter because I've been seem tech companies there but Google Ads looks a good start as well.
The thing is you shouldn't look at what bigger corp are doing ad wise because it probably does not make sense for you to replicate exactly what they are doing.
They don't have the same budget as you, and some of them don't even care about ROAS, they are just burning cash for exposure.
However, you can look at what your nearest competition is doing:
Have you tried to understand why your website has not been generating traffic? Upon answering this question, you should go further with Ads. Get some feedback from your existing users. See if your product is generating the value they are looking for.
There is no better marketing strategy than word of mouth. It only happens through your existing customers. 32 is a good number to understand their views on what needs to be done so they can speak about your product and invite members.
Have you tried asking for their feedback?
Have you understood what have you stopped doing that halted your customer growth?
Are your existing customers reaping the value?
No. It's too early.
Don't spend money on advertising until you have a "machine" going whereby if you pull in a marginal ~100 users, you have a rough idea how many of them will convert, and how much revenue that gets you.
Note that I said "marginal" 100 users. Your user numbers are way too low as they are.
And then, if you get more revenue than you spend to pull in 100 users from an ad, then you start running ads.
There are other ways of getting user flows going - content marketing, email courses, all kinds of stuff.
I think you should try and test different channels, it depends of your budget, but if you test small campaigns , you can find what is a perfect channel for you.
