Is VPN worth for those who work while traveling?
There are Few VPNs i have find out like Pure VPN which are giving good features in a good price i have readed about it in a Purevpn review here https://www.usavpn.com/purevpn-review/
and as i do a lot of traveling and i also continue my work while traveling so i just want to know is there any one who is using VPN while traveling is it really worth it?
I'd say it's worth it if you plan to use public wifi
Thanks for the reply what do you mean by public wifi? a basic internet connection?
I mean a wifi connection provided at a cafe, conference, hotel or anywhere else where other unknown people might have access.
I'm not talking about possible risks but speaking of personal experience, several years ago I got my email hacked because of this 😱

Depends on the country but I'd say yes definitely ... even if your using a private router...
For example I couldn't access my bank website for whatever reason on private broadband.. bought a vpn same connection no issues.
On one occasion my Internet was 45mb to servers inside a country and 1mb outside said country... used my vpn to connect to a server inside the same country and got 30mb outside.
Different country got throttled on mobile Internet if I used torrent.. VPN to the rescue...
ofc if your dealing with sensitive data and public wifi.. it's good to keep safe(r).

The ISP must have been doing somthing fishy.. It was a communist country..
You have to wonder why your video call(to home) is failing due to bad connection when you have 46mb Up/Down .. with a consistant cable/stable broadband connection.
I've not expierenced this in other countries.
I figured a VPN server probably has a good connection out..
My connection inside the country wasn't throttled... outside definetly was... multiple speed tests to servers in countries beside this one and in europe yield simular results.
The vpn server did have a good connection out..
Either they paid for it or had a much better ISP..
I should also clarify i said "on one ocassion".. it was prolonged and consistant.
Never experinced this problem elsewhere.
When you say travelling do you mean you are completely uprooting your life and going elsewhere, or are you just going somewhere on holiday?
Personally I run my own VPN to my home network. This lets me act like I'm at home wherever I am in the world.

OpenVPN is a software, not a provider of VPN services. You have to first install OpenVPN on a server before you can start using it.
Depending on the content you wish to watch, streaming services may check your “virtual” geographical location before showing you content. More on virtual geographical location below.
Many services, like Netflix, know the IP address of major public VPN services so if your device has an IP address similar to - I.e., it’s on the same network as - these VPN servers, it will reject your request to stream content. You will have to find a vpn service which hasn’t been blacklisted by your content provider to be able to stream successfully.
At a high level, a vpn simply tells your computer that it belongs on the same network as the vpn server. That’s it. For this I’m ignoring the security aspects of a vpn because it’s irrelevant. That’s why it’s called a virtual private NETWORK.
After being networked with the vpn server, your computer follows instructions from the server on how to interact with the rest of the internet. That could range from being blocked from visiting NSFW websites to being able to access internal corporate resources like the intranet. To the internet, your computer appears to be in the same geographical area as the server even if you’re halfway across the world. This is your “virtual” geographical location.
Get it, that's why i am thinking to buy Pure VPN because i have hear that its easy to access Netflix from their servers.
