The global pandemic changed how we used to work, and people became comfortable with remote work even after the end of the pandemic. Now that the threat is almost gone, companies are gradually trying to call their employees back to the office.

A ton of companies are trying to bring their employees back and finding it difficult. Esp in major metro areas. I live in the Seattle area and it's been particularly tough there for a variety of reasons.
But I don't think it will ever go back to the way it was before. There are too many benefits to flexible work for it to just go away. Right now I think it should be more about innovating to bridge the gap between remote and in-person collaboration.
Exactly. People are generating different ideas to fill this gap but still much is to be done. We also started our project with the same concept in our mind.
