I've often heard the advice that aligning your product with your passion is critical for sustaining you over the long haul. Or, put another way, without passion, you'll drop projects before they have a chance to succeed because you just won't enjoy working on them. It seems that most serial entrepreneurs say that product-founder fit is as important as product-market fit.
