ISO Looking for Email membership list (does this exist already?)

Hey everyone,

I would like to have an email list where people have to pay to be apart of my list. If they stop paying then they would be removed from my list automatically.

Does anyone know of anything like this already?

Think like membership site, but they get emails with tips/tricks sent to their inbox instead.

I think gumroad with activecampaign would be great for sign up but if they didn't pay I don't think it would remove them from the list.

Let me know if anyone has ideas.
