Hi everyone,
Thanks for building that awesome community. I've just joined it. And, it looks to great!
Currently crafting a product to help IT managers doing their job I'm looking for people active in this sector who could give me some ideas and feedback.
My product is named Fiwit (https://www.fiwit.io).
Basically, it contains two features:
And, I'm looking for feedback about my product.
I've got a bunch of specific questions:
But, I'm also looking about honest comments about anything that you feel relevant: the marketing, the aspect, or, anything else (I'm very open to criticism).
That would be super useful to help me improve my product
All the best,
How is this different from freshdesk ?
Freshdesk is a general-purpose ticketing software. Fiwit aims to be focused only on the internal IT helpdesk, which has different requirements.
Let's take a simple example:
So, my software can be more compared to Jira Service Desk.
I believe it wasn't clear from the website? Did you have a look at it?
Thanks a lot for your feedback
We use Kaseya BMS and planning to move to Connectwise once they fully are integrated with Continuum RMM.
For MSP like us, we like to automate repetitive tasks like update management, patch management tasks, get notification when a backup fails (thus create ticket), get notification when server goes offline (create ticket), support email to ticketing, time spent on support (track automatically), etc.
If you software doesn't integrate with RMM agents, AV, Advance AV, knowledge base like ITGlue then chances of someone use it would be less. Or, when they would grow, they would leave for different more mature product.
I hope my comments helps.
Hi,
Sure, it helps a lot!
Got a few questions about your specific case. If you have a bit of time, can you have a look at them?
Especially, from what I read, it seems that you're working in a "quite-big" company managing a lot of "servers". Could you confirm my hypothesis?
I'm drawing that conclusion from the fact that:
Am I wrong?
