It's 2021, why don't you have CI/CD?

What's stopping you and your team from having this today?
For some of my projects I don't need them. I just test locally and push. Done.
This is very web centric, to be fair. There are tons of fields, and platforms, where you pushing to prod immediately would be untenable.
