I've been working on Banter for a couple of months now.
I thought my landing page was in a good place, I've gotten 60 or so teams beta testing the app so far, so no huge issues converting.
But sheesh, I'm really happy with the current iteration, the copy is just way clearer and shows what the product does way better.
Here's a bubble of the previous version.
What do you all think? Is the updated version better? What else should I change? How often do you go back in and iterate?
Hi Raymond, I really like the design of your landing page. It's inviting and looks very polished and professional. Did you design it yourself?
Here some modest feedback from me, but it's honestly already looking great!
I also have some question for you, if you don't mind:
Thank you for the feedback! Very helpful. I did have a section about the why in the previous section of the landing page, maybe I'll bring it back. Yes I did all of it myself!
The biggest improvement in the landing page is a better demo of the actual ice breakers and more succinct copy, using fewer words to deliver the same message.
In terms of measurement it comes down solely to conversion rate, that's the only thing that matters on this page, I don't get enough traffic to the page to properly measure that just yet, so this landing page might've been a little early in the workflow.
I acquired my initial customers through Linkedin! That's where a majority of team leads and people people are hanging trying to figure out how to handle this future of hybrid work.
Long term plans:
I'll go for those three strategies first and re-evaluate plans.
Thanks again for the feedback!
