It's hard to make a great launch, even as an experienced marketer. Damn!

They say the shoemakers' children always go barefoot.

I feel it right now.

I've been working for the last 4 weeks on a content series to help technical people learn marketing. I "soft launched" yesterday. I don't have any big audience on Twitter or Linkedin or wherever, so my posts only get support from family, friends and peer circles.

To tease and introduce my project, I wrote a "manifesto" on marketing. It's a compilation of 20 thoughts I usually tell my friends when they ask me about marketing for their projects.

In the last 12 hours, it brought 100-ish unique visitors and ~30 newsletter sign-ups. Of course I couldn't expect much since my first blog post aren't live yet. But still, I wish it'd get a bit more echo!

Damn, it's hard to get visible out there.

Good luck y'all,
