    Hey. That's so cool. Sale is the most difficult part for me. I can't seems to find customers.

    What do you think how to start learning sale skill?
    And what mistake do you see that startups usually make?

      I usually see 2 main mistakes right at the beginning:

      1. Being focused on the solution and not the problem
      2. Not niching down to the ideal customer profile. While it's tempting to go after the entire TAM, it's beneficial to start with a subset at the beginning to learn and iterate.

      Once you have this nailed down everything else can be learned.
