Hey guys!
I've been looking for my first job as a junior front-end developer in 2017 and I realized that there is no job board for juniors. It was hard to filter all big job boards to find a good junior position for me.
I've decided to start my own junior job board - Junior Jobs Only.
I needed to validate my idea first, so I've started a Facebook Group called "We are getting the first job in IT" (from Polish):

It grew to 3000 members in 3 days so that was awesome! Now, this community has nearly 26000 members. Mostly junior programmers and another tech people, but many regulars too.
I've been looking for ways to help people get their first job in IT, so I've started free practices (they help me with my projects and I recommend them to companies). I've recommended some of them and I've got a 100% success rate with that!
Now, I'm trying to help in other ways (and monetize this service), so I've started CV review:

How did you manage to grow the Facebook group so quickly? Did you promote it somewhere else?
I've posted that in some general jobs groups. People loved that.

You could create a few services to help people get their first job. The first one to prepare for interviews it could mix of calls, practical tasks and q&a session. The second one is to motivate companies to hire these highly skilled juniors and get some commission after successful hire.
