I've come to realize that I can't be good at everything...

"I just won a national handball tournament. After preparing all year, I was there in front of my family and friends. My nerves were all over the place. Even warming up, I was jittery. It doesn’t matter how hard you worked or how well you've been playing. It's the final stage and there’s all this pressure. It took a period of five days but, when I finally won the title, I was just like, 'Okay, I won.' It probably looked like I wasn’t really into it, but I was. I'm actually intensely competitive — it's just that I'm mostly competitive with myself. So, when I look at a match or even a business, I'm always looking introspectively at what I can do better and how I can sharpen my strengths. I've come to realize that I can't be good at everything. For example, in handball, I always used to work on my off hand, trying to be more balanced. But I'm better off using my right hand. I'm better off focusing on my strengths. You can get further in life by doubling down on what you're already good at instead of trying to be well-rounded."⠀
