I've got so many great ideas... so little time. Can I pay (+ 49% equity) an IH'er to execute and run my ideas for me?
Afternoon IH'ers!
My name is Lou! I'm an IH'er with too many ideas, and too little time.
My main focus right now is on my day job (pharma marketer/rep) and my side biz tube2blog.com (a GPT3 product that transforms youtube videos into blog posts)
However, I have so many other nifty little ideas that could become real big money makers. I just don't have the time to manage it all.
I was hoping I could find willing and capable IH'ers to execute and semi-manage products alongside me whilst being paid (+ 49% equity & profit share). I would provide all the business insights, vision, and manage the direction + help with marketing/support/sales.
I have a few ideas that I would love to throw at people to see what sticks/what they're interested in.. happy to discuss and see if theres a fit!
Could this be a real oppurtunity... for us both?

Could you give some examples of some ideas or atleast the field in which they fall. I won't mind getting involved with the right projects.

I think it is going to be difficult to find someone to commit the time when you aren't able to commit the time yourself. Ideas are easier than execution and offering the hope for something where you still profit 51% is a large ask.
Do you have a history of picking the right ideas and turning them into profitable businesses?
