I've made $4000 MRR with SaaS but now launched a "pay once" product

I've been building a lot of SaaS for over 2 years now. I sold one and actively manage one currently

SaaS is something every solopreneur dreams of. You basically make money while you sleep, right?

Well, not exactly, there's a lot of work that goes into getting your first few customers, retaining them, and growing the product

But building a product that has one time payment is a different game - it becomes easier for people to buy from you but consistently making revenue seems hard

I wanted to try it for the first time and I've launched a free Kindle alternative called Bookaroozie that uses AI to assist you when reading books
