It's good but you should use images for background in some sections. Use a more elegant color scheme and play a little bit with fonts weights.
Use a price comparison table in the price section and you have to use some simple approach to listing all features I am saying because the grid view isn't good for that much content.

I think your jumbo text could be more specific. I'd assume that people are landing on your site because they want to monetize their digital product. What should I choose ONE-CHECKOUT over your competitors? What's your value proposition?
