javascript/php - Looking for code/logic I can use for creating a viral/userID/referral process with Admin function

anyone have (or know where I can find) open source code for implementing/testing viral/referral/userID with an Admin page/logic as well?

Looking to implement/test my own/hosting viral/referral - userID process so users can "refer" other users, and the child/parent relationships are tracked.
