jimm dot ml is on 150$ ARR

now my website is running on free servers using Pythonanywhere and Heroku. We struggled to find out our target audience and after 3 months we dropped our project shut it down "delete our paid droplet and host it for free"

then later this year 2 guys come to us and ask for website "after Covid lockdown ends" and last month one more guy come to us after watching our Youtube video

in between someone after watching our video come to us and want "the entire product for 500$" with some extra features we added and then he disappears

lesson I learned:

• build your product "even if its looks shitty, who want to use it use it
• make a bot that sends messages if don't know anything.
• make a demo video it works and host it on Youtube you got some traffic from there.

I am not working on this project and I don't want some extra traffic so I am not sharing any links + it is on different domains
