I'm building a job board for AI-first companies: aijobnetwork.com
It includes open positions in all departments, not just tech/engineering.
The plan is to start promoting it and charge for featured posts. Any feedback and ideas is much appreciated.

Nice Job board! I'm trying to get job postings for my Job board, I have been reaching out to multiple companies and adding the content that I receive (it can be limited and time consuming). Maybe I'm going about it the wrong way.
Did you get any push back when populating job content initially without reaching out to the company directly?
I don't see why a company would complain about spreading their openings. And I always check robots.txt before parsing the content from their job boards.

I started populating it with jobs from the companies I curated. Now I'll try to charge for highlighted content.
