💼 Job Hunting is a Pain—So I am building a Tool to Automate It (Zapply)

👋 Hey Indie Hackers, I Need Your Thoughts!

A few months ago, I was frustrated with the remote job application process.

❌ The Problem:
• Searching multiple job boards every day is exhausting.
• Filling out the same forms 100+ times feels insanely repetitive.
• Keeping track of applications manually? A nightmare.

As a software engineer, I thought:
👉 What if I could automate this entire process?

⚡ Enter Zapply (https://zapply.dev)

I am building Zapply to automate job applications for remote software engineers.

✅ Upload your CV & job preferences
✅ Zapply applies to jobs for you
✅ Get a report & track your applications

No more manual submissions or wasting hours per week.

📊 My Goal?

I’m not launching a product yet—I’m just testing demand while building MVP.
I set up a simple landing page to see if people actually want this.

🔥 If this sounds useful, I’d love your feedback:
1️⃣ Would you use a tool like this?
2️⃣ What’s your biggest frustration with job hunting?
3️⃣ Do you know someone who might need this?

💡 Lessons So Far:
• I’m running paid experiments on Google, LinkedIn & Twitter.
• I set up Mailchimp tracking to analyze early signups.
• Now, I’m tapping into Indie Hackers to get real feedback from real people.

If this resonates with you, let’s chat! 👇
I’d love to hear your thoughts, experiences, and brutal honesty.

Let’s make job searching suck less!
