JobsMatch app is now on IndieHackers.com!

What is JobsMatch and how does it work?

Generic job boards bury you in irrelevant listings.
JobsMatch does the opposite: upload your CV in PDF and the AI reads your skills, seniority, role and languages, then matches you against tech jobs across the EU (Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Austria + remote EU/worldwide).

Every job comes with an honest match score that's actually explained — you see the skills you already have for the role and the exact ones you're missing, so you know whether to apply or what to learn next. Save jobs and track them on a Kanban board (saved → applied → rejected).

Jobs are aggregated from 7 sources and refreshed every 6 hours, with AI classification that removes non-tech listings. Free to start; Premium adds AI job summaries, a CV optimized by AI for each specific role, AI cover letters in 9 languages, and unlimited feed and saves.

We welcome reviews and insights that can help us grow, and with them, potential collaborations for those interested!

JobsMatch is already live and you can test it freely!
I'm waiting for you on JobsMatch.app!

One thing I'd be careful with:

The interesting question may not be how accurately JobsMatch finds relevant jobs.

It may be which decision job seekers are actually paying you to make on their behalf.

Those sound similar, but they can lead to very different product and monetization decisions early on.

I wouldn't make that call casually from early usage data.

      Really sharp framing, thanks Aryan!

You're right that match accuracy is the hook, not the thing people would actually pay for.

My working hypothesis is that the decision they're outsourcing is closer to "which of these roles are even worth my energy, and what am I missing to be competitive" rather than "find me more matches" — but I'm deliberately holding that loosely until I have real usage to look at, exactly for the reason you point out.

Curious which way you'd lean: of the decisions a job seeker could hand off, which one do you think people actually open their wallet for?

      Regards!

        Possibly.

The reason I stopped short earlier is that I don't think the interesting part is which decision I'd choose.

I think it's understanding which decision actually deserves confidence before the product gets built around it.

I'd be careful answering that casually in a thread.

If you're curious, drop your email and I'll put together the tighter version.
