Last week we had our best attended and most productive session yet and I'm excited to keep iterating on the format we've established (a focus on demos).
I realized, without intending for this to happen, that the meeting took on a natural progression of:
- Introductions + Icebreaker (this week: what's your favorite (or a favorite) IH podcast episode?)
- Demos
- Questions/Discussion
The focus on demos was great to show what we're working on, get some early feedback, and ask some questions about our products.
Then we had an open discussion - just whatever people wanted to talk about! In case the conversation stalls, I'll come prepared with a list of questions that we can use as fodder, but so far the conversations have flowed organically without that stimulus.
