Joined Indie Hackers too late
Hi to the community!
I am finally here - after 2 years of working on a product. I seem to be a bit late.
Why do I think so?
Well, as a huge fan of communities and the power of knowledge sharing, I was too focused on growth of our product - rather than sticking to those who do the same.
Still I feel the need to get even more inspiration and motivation.
Why am I here?
Because I think IH is the perfect place for that.
The journey of growth starts as Chapter 2.
To paraphrase a famous saying: The best time to have joined was two years ago, the second best time is now. So, welcome!

Welcome Valerie! You're never too late. There's always something to learn and share with the community. I've been active the past four weeks and that comes six months after I launched my first product and two years AFTER I first joined IH.

I also joined just yesterday - after working on my product/ company for 1 1/2 years. Some things just take time. Great to see how open the community here is.

Haha, same feelings here... First reply ever despite having joined about 3 years ago. I was only reading the interviews and listening to the podcasts. But for some reason, thought to join to get motivation while building a new product. Good to know others join for the same reason.

I felt I discovered IH late as well. I was working on product for almost a year before I even gave a thought to marketing or looking for a community to help.
I'm realizing how bass-ackwards that was now.
It's never too late to start...that's what I tell myself anyway. 😬
