Jotform conditions via API?

Any Jotform users that can advise. We want to trigger form conditions on a form that will be submitted via API methods.

However, it seems that form conditions can only be triggered by taking manual actions on the form itself. Which will not allow for automated personalization across several users.

Any thoughts? Or suggestions for other form libraries that would support such an application?
