Journal app recommendation

I'm a newbie here. I want to work for myself but I don't have any product ideas yet. So, I've decided to keep track of my daily activities and things I observe around that might help me in this journey. I'm looking for a journal app recommendation for the same. What do you use?

Any notes app works just one. Though if you want a taste of "build in public" then write in https://cowriters.app/ everyday works too. Writing bullet points and long form shape our thoughts differently too. I've done some days bullet pointing ideas, but they're kinda hollow.
I use Notion for pretty much everything these days.
It's good. Android app is very slow though.
