JS Dev- Looking for Partners

I'm currently working an application that is meant to solve a major problem in our transportation industry today. I'm currently co-owner of a start up Logistic Transportation company, and the common problems I find myself running into daily are other peoples issues as well. This is why I'm looking to expand our footprint into a Tech branch as well.

I myself come from a JavaScript Developer background so when I came into the transportation industry I was astonished at the opportunities we can create. I'm looking to add other members who are self starters. I'm particularly in search of a Chief Financial Officer that can specializes in grant writing, Chief Technical Officer, and UI/UX designer. We will work side by side with each as partners, because iron sharpens iron. I've been documenting and doing this all alone thus far but I know my own weakness, and I work better with a team!

I have already identified a target market, and talked with a few companies that would use the service. They are just awaiting MVP.
