I thought a demo would be a good strategy to convey the value of the online video editing product quickly. So I am experimenting with it.
I'd love to know as a visitor to the site how do you feel about having access without logging in. By playing around with the demo, does it make you want to leave or signup?
I am seeking radical candor and hoping to learn something from this.

Hey, I tried this out and in first few seconds, It made me excited! I like the simplicity of usage and how easy it is to use. It seems valuable tool for marketers. Do you allow user to edit the image they upload?
Yup. I quickly made the demo version in a few hours. So it lost some functionality, mainly uploading. When you are signed up and are logged in (FREE) you will be able to upload your own files.

For the images, I thought it was drag&drop and that didnt work, maybe enable both actions, just click and drag&drop?
Under elements, I thought the visualiser was going to play with the music instead of being something static.
It would be great if I could change the coordinates on the fields, instead of moving the elements to the right or to the left, so they are centred.
Any chance I can edit the length of the text animation? I would keep the lentgh of animation in and out and expand or contract the time it stays on screen depending on the length of the bar.
Loved the UI, very clean and friendly.

Have you thought of letting your users publish straight from your platform on their social media? Without them having to download the file to their desktop, maybe loose it, and then upload it on their platform, more than once.. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
I have actually had some paying customers request that feature with the animated text. It will be a hard one to build but definitely seems useful.
Dragging media would be epic and once I get some funds and have some more runway you will see that added.
Same thing with moving the coords on the fields. I really want that added as well. Once I gain some traction this product will be even better.
The visualizer is a tricky one. I can use the HTML audio API to map it to the canvas but this is an engineering intensive task. I will be adding soon though. The main thing is the final video and making that look high quality was the most important to me.

One of the things I have just thought about is, are the elements on the time window sticky? Instead of trying to guess if 2 elements are aligned at the beginning or end, maybe trying a way to pair them on the same exact time would be great.

what audio files can I upload? I tried m4a and mp3.
I disabled uploads for the demo. I plan on uploading the file to local storage. This is the feedback I am looking for. Is that the first thing you wanted to do?
I tried to test it. thought I'd record a little something (short, to make it faster to upload).
maybe I should have picked another way.
I'm going to add that tonight. I think a lot of folks will want to do the same thing.
I'd also suggest a loom video to show ppl what to do.

Thanks for chiming in this makes me excited as I have been working my ass off. I take the positive and negative as neutral as I can but good words make it feel like the months put it were worth it.
I have a dark mode in the works. It's actually done, there are just a few more polishes I need before releasing.
Visualizer is a tough one to preview. I can show fake movement but the audio gets mapped to the audio server-side in the renderer. I'll be improving this when I expand the team.
