Hello IHers! I make PodQueue, the missing "Listen Later" for audio on the web.
I've really been trying to show prospective customers just how fast and easy PodQueue makes saving links to podcasts or other audio, but I don't know that I was communicating it well on my landing page. Previously at the top of the fold, I had added a responsive image carousel that showed saving a link from the iOS share sheet via three screenshots ("Go from this…to this…as easy as this!")
I've now replaced that with a video comparing saving a podcast link with PodQueue (2 seconds) vs. trying to save it the old-fashioned way (50 seconds+)
What do you think? Is this a terrible idea that's going to bounce first-time visitors, or a good way to show what my product does?
Hey Ryan! I'm not usually a fan of videos personally (too intrusive, takes too long to get the point across etc) but I feel like in this case the video makes it super clear what PodQueue offers, especially the contrast between the PodQueue side and the other (?) side. I'd say it works!
Thanks for the feedback!
