Just crossed 10,000+ subscribers for my newsletter for Indie Hackers

We created a competitive analysis for tech newsletters which we will publish in some days.
an „avant-gout“ which is kind of bad news: Every one of the successfull tech newsletters that has over 2000 subscribers, started already with a big following on Twitter or linkedin or had email-lists from a previous project. Not a single Tech newsletter owner (at least in substack) that doesnt have a big following on social media, has more than 2000 subscribers.
