Just finished interviewing my potential customers - now what?

Over the past month, I spoke to 10 accounting firms from the UK and Australia about their time management challenges, pain points, and needs. These "customer interviews" were structured in the following way:

  • 1 workshop with 2-3 firms asking very broad questions and them bouncing opinions off each other
  • 1-2-1 interviews with each firm to drill down on the details that came up during the workshops.

The insights we got are incredible. There are tons of big, juicy, and frequent pain points that are on their "high-priority" list.

However, I'm now stuck. All these pain points have a common theme, but I don't know how to bring them all together into a product or a service.

Is there a good way to analyse and ideate based off on those insights? Or better - what are the next steps people and startups typically take after finishing off these interviews?
