Just got an unexpected pre-launch sale & need advice

I reached out to a couple of potential partners for https://www.bitcompare.net and they're already enquiring about being promoted on the platform. It's just starting to go live now and I need advice on how much to charge and what the strategy should be in the short-term and long-term in regards to reaching out and negotiating with potential advertisers?
