It finally happened! Four days after launching, I got my first two paying customers.

I built StarterPilot to help founders move faster. It validates ideas, finds the right name, creates a logo, and builds a landing page without getting stuck. I’ve spent so much time in the past overthinking and delaying launches, so this time, I just went for it.

Honestly, I expected crickets. But instead of waiting around, I put it out there, talked to people, and kept pushing. Seeing those first payments come in felt unreal. Small, but a huge milestone.

Now, the real work begins, keeping the momentum going and turning two customers into many.
