Just hit a huge milestone: 200 new experiences onboarded!

Some exciting news to share from the ExperiaHub journey. As of today, I've secured and connected 200 new, high-quality experiences from suppliers in Thailand, Korea, Japan, Mexico, and the US via our Bokun integration!
Seeing this tangible progress is incredible. It's the first real sign that we're building a truly global marketplace. And it all comes back to the foundation I built in those first five weeks.
A few people have asked how I actually built the platform as a non-coder. The honest answer is that I didn't do it alone. I assembled a specialized AI "team" and assigned each member a specific role.
This was my workflow:

The "Strategist" (Google Gemini): Before I wrote a single line of code, I used Gemini as my strategic co-founder. I had it act as a VC to poke holes in my business plan, and we used it to build out the entire financial model and go-to-market strategy. It was the brains of the operation.

The "Engineer" (Cursor with ChatGPT-5): This was my coder. I took the plans from Gemini and fed them to Cursor to generate the actual platform. But it's not a magic button. The best way to describe it is "three steps forward, one-and-a-half steps back." It's an iterative conversation, a negotiation with a brilliant but sometimes stubborn junior developer.
Interestingly, I found different AIs have different "personalities." An earlier model felt like a "human tech guy" who got frustrated. ChatGPT was more mechanical and methodical, which kept my own stress levels way down.
This week has been a lesson in balancing two roles: the 'builder' (working on the tech) and the 'operator' (onboarding suppliers). For other solo founders, how do you split your time between building the product and doing the business development needed to get traction?
